You can ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase. Write to licence@unfold4d.com from the email address used at checkout and include the order number from Paddle's receipt.

Paddle, the merchant of record, refunds the payment to the original payment method. A refunded licence key is suspended and can no longer be activated.
